1. How Do I Watch a Program? To watch a program, simply press the appropriate TVI video logo that corresponds to your connection rate such as 56K   vi VIDEO A Windows Media Player will appear in separate window. After allowing initial buffering time, the program will appear.

2. I choose the TVI logo but nothing happens? To listen to TVI video or TVI audio, you need to install the Windows Media Player.

3. I get audio but not video. Why is that? You have chosen a connection rate too high. To watch at 56K speed, you must connect at a rate of 56K or higher, not just a 56K modem. If you have questions regarding you connection rate, contact your ISP. Note: If you use AOL, MSN, AT&T or similar dial up connections via a 56K modem, you must choose the 28.8 choice because your are probably not getting a 56K or greater connection.

4. Can I modify the viewing size in Windows Media Player? Yes! Windows Media Player allows you to enlarge the screen from 100% to 200% or full screen. Simply RIGHT CLICK on the show as it plays and choose zoom or full screen.

5. The show stops or stalls. What's happening? Contact your internet service provider (ISP). Certain connection rates differ at peak hours of the day. You have lost your connection.

6. I have a 56K modem but want to watch the show at 100K modem speed. What can I do? If you are tired of slow 56K modem connections, upgrade to TVI high speed access, exceptional service for an exceptional price!

7. Where can I find other answers regarding the Windows Media Player?On the player, choose Help Topics under the Help Tab.

8. I like the episode, but how long will it be available for viewing? Once released, our episodes are viewable 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. For free.

9. When I play the show, a Real Player window opens. Why is that? You have not properly installed your Real Player or Microsoft Media Player properly. Your computer is not allowing the Media Player to open. Try deleting the Real Player and reinstalling the Media Player.

10. Is there a fee? No. Television Internet is free.
